Lauren was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL. She holds a Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice and works as a Nurse Practitioner within Endocrinology. She is also a 3x CrossFit Games team athlete, a 2x CrossFit Regionals individual athlete, and former USAW competitive weightlifter.
Lauren went through IVF treatments to get pregnant and is the mother of a beautiful baby girl. Lauren emphasizes the importance of making health and wellness a part of the pregnancy and postpartum journey, as well as in every aspect of our lives. Her aspiration is spreading knowledge and setting an example on how to find balance with nutrition, exercise, family, and everyday life.
Lauren explores and practices all realms of fitness between CrossFit, weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, marathon running, and endurance training. She found her passion for coaching nutrition clients in 2016 and never looked back. She believes in taking a long term, sustainable approach to nutrition. Jillian was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She is a full time school psychologist where she supports adolescents through life transitions, social and emotional well-being and behavioral change. In addition to her background in psychology, Jillian is a certified nutrition coach and perinatal transitional coach.
After becoming a mom in 2021 and suffering from postpartum anxiety and finding a stable routine again, Jillian decided she wanted to become an advocate for moms everywhere. With her background in psychology and behavioral science, she specializes in habit formation, client accountability and sustainable strategies for overall well-being. With her third boy on the way, Jillian understands the demands of parenthood and the importance of balance through the chaos! Her goal is to educate, empower, and support overall wellness by integrating evidence-based nutrition with an emphasis on supporting mental health. She aims to help clients create sustainable habits that nourish both the mind and body.

With a background in both CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, Ashley has been immersed in the world of sports and movement for much of her life—including playing collegiate volleyball. Her passion for fitness and nutrition stems from the profound impact it’s had on her own life, and she now dedicates her career to helping others discover what truly works for them.
Ashley believes in a personalized, sustainable approach to health—knowing that one size does not fit all. When she’s not coaching or working at the studio, you’ll find her enjoying beach days near her home, traveling, reading, or cheering on her favorite baseball and hockey teams. Her coaching journey began from personal experience—after struggling with scale obsession, restrict/binge cycles, and feeling lost in her own weight loss journey, Nikki became committed to helping other women avoid those same pitfalls. She now empowers clients to shift their mindset from shrinking themselves to building strength, confidence, and lasting change.
Nikki’s approach is rooted in compassion and real-life experience. She specializes in helping women step out of the backseat of their own lives and create sustainable habits that support both physical health and emotional well-being. Hannah Qualls is based in Rogers, Arkansas, where she trains at J Street Fitness. Her journey in the fitness community began when she connected with Gabe Nixon—one of the first people she met at the gym—and that connection soon led to an opportunity to work alongside some of his clients, providing focused support through nutrition coaching.
With a growing passion for health and wellness, Hannah is committed to helping others build sustainable habits that support long-term success. Her experience coaching clients one-on-one has deepened her belief in the power of personalized nutrition and the importance of community in creating lasting change.

Jamie has been providing nutrition counseling for over 15 years. She began her career working with bodybuilding clients on both nutrition and training, and has since expanded her practice to serve a wide range of individuals. Her clientele includes CrossFit athletes, pregnant and postpartum women, men, and general lifestyle clients. Jamie enjoys working with diverse populations and believes that everyone—regardless of background or goals—can benefit from improved nutrition.
Her experience spans macro tracking, habit-building, and creating personalized plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. In addition to her coaching work, Jamie holds a full-time position as a content creator for a health and wellness app. Although she stepped back from coaching over the past year to care for her newborn, she’s excited to return to the field she’s so passionate about and looks forward to making coaching a more permanent focus in her career.
