This program was completely designed and written by Coach Leah Harvey (DPT). It is a comprehensive, evidence-based postpartum rehab guide is expertly designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to help new moms recover and rebuild after pregnancy and childbirth. The program focuses on restoring core and pelvic floor function. It serves as a foundational building block for safely and effectively returning to your desired level and type of fitness, whether that’s running, yoga, weightlifting, or simply keeping up with your daily life.

This program is best suited for those in the very early stages of postpartum. It is designed to be able to be started immediately after birth but can be started a bit later on as well. We will grant you 6-months to complete the program as we understand that mamas may need to move through the program at different speeds. You will have contact and communication with Coach Leah throughout the entirety of the program through the TrainHeroic App. This is NOT a PDF program.
