Ingredients:

Egg Bake:

  • 5 whole eggs

  • ½ carton egg whites

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • Handful of spinach (chopped)

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • English muffins

  • Cheddar cheese slices

  • Cooked sausage patties

  • Aluminum foil

  • Gallon-sized freezer bags


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Egg Bake:

    • Preheat oven to 325°F.

    • Whisk together eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.

    • Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until set.
