In this 45-minute 1:1 session, we’ll focus on your specific movement question or concern. Using my background and training in physical therapy, I’ll:
• Observe how you move in the exercises or activities giving you trouble
• Identify possible movement patterns or limitations contributing to the issue
• Give you clear, actionable strategies to address your concerns and questions
• Provide simple, targeted exercises you can integrate into your current routine
This is not a medical diagnosis — it’s expert, movement-based guidance to help you train smarter, move better, and keep doing what you love.
You will need:
Level surface
Mat if you prefer (some components will be on floor)
Footwear you typically wear to exercise
Chair or bench (step down, step up, stand to sit)
Setup:
View of head to toe in frame
Metronome if able (laptop or desktop nearby where you may access free metronome online)
