If you like to lift AND move fast, this is the perfect program to incorporate both of those things. The strength portion of this program will follow a progressive overload style where the exercises repeat for 4-8 weeks before starting a new cycle. The conditioning pieces will vary weekly to keep things fun and challenging. There are 4 lifting+conditioning days and one Interval Running day for a total of 5 workouts each week.
Equipment Needed: Barbell, DBs, some type of cardio machine(s) or the ability to run outside.
