This is our “lower intensity” pregnancy program focused more on strength work (bodybuilding-like superset-style lifting) but also including a “low skill” conditioning piece at the end of everyday meant to keep you moving. If you are looking to keep your strength and conditioning during pregnancy and continue to challenge yourself in a way that makes your body feel great, this is the program for you. Our Pelvic Floor and Core (pregnancy) program is also included in this program!

This is the program Nicole did through her 2nd and 3rd pregnancy.

It starts at Week 6 of pregnancy.

Equipment Needed: Barbell, DBs, access to some type of cardio machine(s) or the ability to jog outside.
