This would be best for those who have been doing functional fitness (including the Olympic style lifts) when they got pregnant and want to safely continue it through their pregnancy. This program comes with a bit more intensity in the first and second trimester than our Strength & Conditioning program and does include Snatch and Clean and Jerk work. Our Pelvic Floor and Core (pregnancy) program is also included in this program!
This is the program Nicole did through her 1st pregnancy.
It starts at Week 6 of pregnancy.
Equipment SUGGESTED: Barbell, DBs, wall balls, row erg, ski erg, sleds, treadmill or the ability to jog outside. (this program was written as if you have full access to a functional fitness gym but can be easily modified for less equipment by messaging Nicole)
