After our call, I’ll provide a detailed plan, including exercise options tailored to your needs and general indicators of readiness to advance safely.
This service is ideal for postpartum women who have started their rehab but want expert guidance to fine-tune their recovery and confidently progress toward their fitness goals. I recommend booking a follow-up session in 8 weeks to reassess and adjust as needed.
You will need:
Level surface
Mat if you prefer (some components will be on floor)
Footwear you typically wear to exercise
Chair or bench (step down, step up, stand to sit)
Setup:

Metronome if able (laptop or desktop nearby where you may access free metronome online)
