This is a program meant to supplement your current exercise routine. You will get ONE workout each week that is expected to be done 2-4x a week as a warmup or cooldown to your daily exercise, it can even done on a rest day. It is best for those who gave birth 6+ months ago AND completed a Postpartum Rehab program.  It also is great for those who have never been pregnant (or have been years ago) as it will help to strengthen your deep core, teach proper coordination of the pelvic floor and core, and increase overall strength and stability in your strength training, running, and your daily activities!
