This is a program meant to supplement your current exercise routine during pregnancy.  You will get ONE workout each week that is expected to be done 2-4x a week as a warmup or cooldown to your daily exercise, it can even done on a rest day. This supplemental work will help you keep your deep core strong, help you coordinate your pelvic floor and core during exercise, and will encourage proper engagement and relaxation of pelvic floor and core.

This program is INCLUDED in both of our pregnancy program options.

It starts at Week 6 of pregnancy.
