Interval Accessory Training Program

This is a cardio program meant to supplement your current exercise routine. You will get THREE workouts a week in varying interval styles. It is written with running in mind, but it can be used on any cardio machine you enjoy using. It works on a progressive overload principle each month and we will build and progress on a specific workout for 4-8 weeks, depending on the style to ensure you are improving. If you are someone who wants to start incorporating more running (or cardio in general!) into your lifting routine, this is a great option!
Equipment Needed: Any kind of cardio machine or the ability to run outside.
