HYROX Training Program

This is an ongoing program designed to prepare you for a HYROX Fitness Race.  It will consist of progressive overload strength work that will repeat for 4-8 weeks based on the cycle.  It also includes 2-3 interval conditioning pieces each week as well as 3 running pieces each week that can be adapted in milage based on your current running ability and capacity.  This is NOT tailored for a specific race date, but I will help you taper for the race you will be competing at.

Equipment Needed: Barbell, DBs, wall ball, sled, row erg, ski erg, access to a treadmill or the ability to run outside.
