$39.9725% offIf you are looking for a traditional strength (bodybuilder style) program but also want to incorporate conditioning - this program is for you! There will be FOUR programmed lifting days each week: two upper and two lower. In addition to that, I will program THREE cardio sessions each week: one sprint conditioning, one focused on speed work and one steady state piece. All meant to be done within an hour time frame.
This program is best executed in a conventional gym, but I will provide home-gym subs for any movement requiring that.
Equipment needed: Barbell, DBs, access to any cardio machine.
