"Prior to working with Paige, I was a lifelong yoyo dieter who used food for a crutch for every emotion. I had lost and gained hundreds of pounds over and over again, but it never stuck. The hard part of weight loss is not what you should be eating, it’s the mindset piece doing the work to understand what triggers overeating, and when to recognize those triggers and find alternative coping methods. Of course there is the physical differences, I’m down 60lbs, I no longer feel like the worlds worst cross fitter, my Sleep had greatly Improved, and I have more energy then I know what to do with most days. I can do all the physical things I want to be able to do without fear that my body won’t be able to.

But more so than that, is the freeness I feel around food. It’s extremely rare now that I use food as an emotional crutch, I don’t feel nearly the shame and guilt around food and beating myself up if I overeat because something is delicious or have cake at a birthday party, i now understand that that is a normal part of life, not an excuse to say to yourself I screwed up, might as well Keep going and start again Monday (over and over again)."

"Before working with Paige, Workout wise I felt very mid! I tried so hard but mentally I felt defeated because no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t seem to push through the mental block! I felt like I tried my absolute best and I gave myself 3 months to really work on bettering myself. Once I felt like I tried my best and didn’t see any positive result, I knew I had to invest in myself to make it happen! Paige was able to explain how the types of foods I was eating (processed foods) although fit the plan- weren’t exactly the best to eat. How can I upgrade or cancel my service?

You can easily upgrade to a higher tier program by messaging your coach and letting them know about the upgrade. Your coach will handle the rest!

Do you offer training plan bundles?

We do NOT offer bundles for training and nutrition. If you would like to take advantage of both of our services, simply purchase them separately.

Do you coach breastfeeding moms?

YES! Our coaches are experienced and qualified to coach breastfeeding mamas - it is one of our specialties! We do recommend our Standard or Premiere services for you as this is where you will get the most support for your breastfeeding journey AND your personal goals. 

Do you coach competitive athletes?

YES! We have coached competitive athletes in many different fitness and athletic fields and love our competitive clients. If you are preparing for a competition coming up, we do recommend our Standard or Premiere services for you ensure the most dialed-in support.

Is Honor Your Nutrition only for weight loss?

No! Although we do love helping clients achieve weight loss in a sustainable and empowering way, that is a very small piece of what we do.

What if I don’t want to track my food?

No problem! Our coaches are well qualified and committing to helping you reach your goals with a system that works FOR YOU. Tracking your food can be helpful in gathering data, but it is just a single tool in the toolbox of coaching strategies we have. You are not required to track your food!
